Description : THE SUMMER CAMP CONDUCTED AT GHPS KAROL BAGH Guru Harkrishan Public School Karol Bagh offered wonderful learning and recreational opportunities for the students of the school in the summer camp conducted for five days i.e. 20.05.19 to 24.05.19. Objectives of the camp 1.To engage the students in activities that they find both enjoyable and meaningful. 2.To give them an opportunity to learn and develop skills like Painting, Music, Dance, Communication skills, Self-defence etc. 3.To provide an even platform for all students to explore and express their creativity in any form. The attraction of the camp was spiritual development of the students in the Gurmat Camp. The Sikh students were inspired to imbibe the spiritual wisdom enshrined in Guru Granth Sahib Ji through various activities i.e. Shabad Kirtan, Sakhi Narration, Recitation of Gurbani, Gurmat Quiz, doing ‘Sewa’ in the Gurdwara and turban tying competition. On the concluding day, the occasion was graced with the presence of S. Paramjit Singh Ji Rana who inspired the students to follow the path shown by the Guru Sahibaan. It was indeed an enriching experience for one and all.
