Description : GHPS KAROL BAGH RAISES AWARENESS FOR TREE PLANTATION & SAVING ENVIRONMENT THROUGH NUKKAD NATAK replica omega With a view to raise awareness about the social issues like "Save Environment", "Tree Plantations" ,"Say No To Crackers", "Noise Pollution " "Air Pollution "etc. Nukkad Natak was performed by the students of grades 9,10,11&12 on the adjacent road of the school on 20th of October,2022. The young actors of the school were able to attract the attention of the people by making them aware of the need to eradicate the menace of noise pollution caused by bursting crackers, and becoming responsible to save environment through tree plantation. This initiative was taken by the school with the aim to motivate students and the public at large to become active agents of a sustainable and healthy environment. In a typical street play style,they moved in a circle, clapping their hands , playing dholak and tambourine as rhythm before turning to the audience. They performed scenes that depicted the general attitude of people and how how their lack of concern for the environment,was causing damage to the environment. The event was a great showcase with lot of enthusiasm and exuberance
