Description : With a view to create a common platform where teachers and parents come together to discuss about students' performance and devise ways to enrich their learning experiences, a parent teacher meeting was organised by GHPS Karol Bagh on 20th of May, 2023. The day was very special as it witnessed several other events organised in the school premises. The day was started with the recitation of Sukhmani Sahib Path by the staff of the school..Seeking the blessing of the Almighty, the staff prayed for the high morale & wellbeing of all. The general public was served with Chabeel Langar The first event was Award Ceremony sponsored by LIC of India. It gave the students a platform to feel appreciated and recognised for their outstanding performance which was applauded and rewarded for their sincere efforts during the previous academic year. The award ceremony was started with the shabad rendition followed by welcome address. The school honoured all the achievers with trophies and certificates for having attained a sterling records both in scholastic and co scholastic domain. Addressing the large gathering, the Principal of the school, Ms. Jasvinder Kaur motivated the winners to get on with their winning attitude. The Chairman of the school, S. Paramjit Singh Chandok, congratulated the winners and urged them to keep coming through with flying colors in future too. The ceremony ended with cultural dance performance by the students of middle segment of the school. The second event was "Health Check up Camp organised by" Param Seva Foundation. The parents attended the free check up camp where they availed of dental, eyes testing, blood sugar and blood pressure examination tests The last event was Heath and Wellness /Meal Planning Exhibition in which the students displayed variety of nutritious foods for creating nutritional awareness amongst the people. The students also shared various healthy lifestyle tips to the general public for their overall well being.
