Description : GHPS KAROL BAGH CELEBRATES ANNUAL DAY AND NURSERY GRADUATION WITH GRANDEUR AND ENTHUSIASM Guru Harkrishan Public School, Karol Bagh celebrated its Annual Day and Nursery Graduation with great enthusiasm and fervor on 20th February 2025. The event centered around the theme “United We Stand, Divided We Fall”, highlighted the importance of unity in diversity. The program was graced by the presence of the Honorable Chairman, S. Paramjit Singh Chandhok Ji, Senior Vice Chairman, S. Jujhar Singh, and other distinguished guests, whose presence motivated the students. The event commenced with a soulful Shabad rendition by the Primary Segment students, setting a serene and spiritual atmosphere. Following this, the school Principal, Ms. Jasvinder Kaur, took the stage to present the Annual Report, highlighting the school’s achievements and progress over the past year. The report detailed the school’s achievements in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities, showcasing the students’ outstanding performances in various competitions at zonal, district and state levels. Her inspiring words left the audience proud and motivated. The Chairman of the school, S. Paramjeet Singh Chandhok Ji, also commended the dedication and efforts of both students and teachers. The entire event and performances were a beautiful blend of the theme Unity in Diversity, showcasing the rich cultural tapestry of India. The students' performances of the 'Welcome Song' set the tone for the event. The Ramp Walk was equally diverse, with students walking to songs from different states such as Punjab, Goa, Chennai, Assam, and Bengal, reflecting the unity and cultural richness. The Fusion Dance was a vibrant display of dances from different states, including Kashmir, Haryana, and Gujarat. One of the most awaited performances of the evening was a group rendition of the popular song "Daadi Amma Daadi Amma". The students’ energetic performance brought the song to life. A powerful performance was delivered through the Play on Saragarhi, which left the audience moved and impressed. The students' portrayal of the historical battle was both emotional and dramatic. In addition, there was a Space Drill, which was a unique and innovative performance. The last item of the evening featured an energetic Bhangra and Gidda performance, which had the audience tapping their feet to the vibrant beats. The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by the Primary Coordinator, Mrs. Mandeep Kaur. The entire program was an event to remember, filled with colorful displays, incredible performances, and enthusiastic participation from all students. The Annual Day celebration was not just a display of talent but a powerful reflection of the school’s commitment to nurturing young minds.
