Description : With the aim of promoting awareness about the importance of physical and mental health, a special morning assembly was conducted, during which the benefits of yoga were shared with the students. The assembly began with a Shabad rendition, followed by Ardaas and Hukamnama. Students were guided through various yoga postures such as Kapalbhati, Anulom Vilom, and Bhramari Pranayam to help improve concentration and focus in their studies. The special assembly provided students with a platform to learn about a healthy lifestyle, express their thoughts on wellness issues, and engage in discussions that promote mental and physical well-being.
