Description : GHPS KAROL BAGH ORGANISES INTER_ HOUSE POEM RECITATION COMPETITION With an aim to enhance language skills,developing expression and confidence, deepening understanding of literature and raising awareness on global issues,an Inter_House Poem Recitation Competition was organised at Guru Harkrishan Public School Karol Bagh New Delhi on 24th of July, 2025 with the thought provoking theme,"Global Conflicts" for students of senior segment. The competition gave the students a platform to raise awareness among themselves about the harsh realities of war, political strife and humanitarian crisis across the world. Participants from all four houses participated enthusiastically and presented the original well known poems.Their performances were judged on the parameters ,i.e Expression, Pronunciation, Diction, Imagery and Voice Modulation. Before announcing the result one of the judges appraised their performances and shared with them the valuable tips to present the poems effectively.
