To create awareness amongst students regarding good health, an exhibition on “Health and Wellness” was organized by the Principal and the cheap uk replica watches Management Body of GHPS Karol Bagh here on Saturday on school ground from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Students from classes III to XII participated with great zeal and enthusiasm. Several kinds of healthy and nutrient rich dishes and food items like fruit chaat, fruit salad, sprout salad, sandwich and healthy beverages were displayed by the students. A good health also includes healthy surrounding. To acquaint the parents and students with a fact; how to keep houses mosquitoes free, the demonstration of mosquito repellent prepared by natural oils like coconut oil and neem oil was given by students of Eco-club which was highly appreciated by the parents. The club also exhibited air purifier plants like money plant, aloe vera , baby rubber plant which also remove stress and anxiety. The corner displaying organic packs for the skin was the centre of attraction and was liked by the masses. Not only this; information regarding Road Safety was also shared with students and their parents by the representative of traffic police. Presentation of Yoga skill and dumbel drill by pupils was also the attractive part of the showcase. The exhibition provided a platform to pupils to express their hidden talents and is a great way to share information with families and staff about healthy eating and physical activity. The exhibition was organized with the help of teachers of Primary, Middle and Senior segments which was highly appreciated by the Principal and the parents.
