Description : WORKSHOP ON FIRST AID HELD AT GHPS KAROL BAGH An amazing, effective and knowledgeable workshop on ‘First-Aid’ was conducted here today in the school premises. The workshop began with the introduction and purpose of First Aid by science teachers Ms. Savita Minocha and Ms. J.K. Sethy. It is really ideal for anyone to preserve life, prevent the condition from worsening, to promote recovery. This basic one day First Aid course is the standard training for anybody who wants to be able to help during a medical emergency. Ms. Savita Minocha explained how to give aid during situation of normal cut, burn, nose bleeding and insect bite with the help of presentation and demonstration by volunteers. Such workshop will really help our workplace to meet health and safety standards. It was indeed a fruitful workshop for students. The workshop was also attended by the respected Principal Madam and Vice Principal Madam and asked few questions related with First-Aid students responded the queries confidentently.
