Description : GHPS KAROL BAGH CELEBRATES GRANDPARENTS DAY With an aim to bring together the power of young and old, & honor the golden bond that creates beautiful memories, the grandparents day was celebrated in the school premises on 27th of September, 2024. The function was graced with the presence of school's Chairman, S. Paramjit Singh Chandok, the Senior Vice Chairman S. Jujhar Singh Virk & other dignitaries. It was an attempt to honour the role and contribution of grandparents in the lives of their grandchildren.The function started with the shabad rendition by the students of Primary Segment follwed by welcome song dance by the tiny tots who enthralled the audience with their scintillating performance. Addressing the gathering, the Principal of the school, Ms. Jasvinder Kaur, highlighted the importance of grandparents and their roles in nurturing the overall personality of the child. The Chairman sir also congratulated all the grandparents for their great roles in the lives of their grandchildren. The main attraction of the program was grandparents' lively participation in various activities for them that included horse activity, talents hunt, Antakshari, dance performances etc. The program ended with the grandparents' heart touching feedback about the school and the vote of thanks by primary segment Incharge Mrs. Mandeep Kaur who felicitated the grandparents , students & the entire staff for putting up unforgettable performance for the fulfilled day. The program ended with the hearty refreshments for grandparents.
