Description : Inter House Punjabi and Hindi Poem Recitation Competition Held at Guru Harkrishan Public School Karol Bagh "Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and thought has found words" An Inter house Punjabi and Hindi Poem Recitation Competition was organized by G.H.P.S Karol Bagh on 14th May,2018 for the students of middle as well as senior segment. The competition provided the students a platform to showcase their talent and confidence. Keeping the various aspects of poetry, the participants from each house came up with the poems of famous Hindi and Punjabi poets. The recital excelled in rhythm, mood, diction and expression. The theme of the Punjabi recitation was "Vir Ras" and that of Hindi was "Hasaya Ras" which was presented by the students with great zeal and enthusiasm. Students were judged on the parameters like content, fluency and overall presentation. The Principal of the school Mrs. Jasvinder Kaur appreciated the performance of the students and gave away the certificates to the winners. It was a splendid event that proved to be a great learning experience for the students. The Vice Principal of the school applauded the efforts and congratulated the winners
