Description :‘ I can not say goodbye to those whom I have grown to love, for the memories we have made will last a lifetime, and will never know a good bye.’ It was an incredible afternoon organised by Guru Harkrishan Public School, Karol Bagh on December 29,2017 to bid farewell for class 12 students. This is to wish them a great future. The day was a fiesta devoted to the years spent together with friends and teachers to reminisce joyous moments. The programme started with a prayer followed by delivering a soothing message by our Principal madam - Mrs. Jasvinder Kaur wherein she presented her views about the importance and need of teacher student relationship, expressed her desires and expectations from class 12 students , suggested various tips which will surely lead them ahead and give them a bright future and blessed all the students. A special cultural bonanza was organised by class 11 students. They presented foot taping dances, songs and skit that were full of feelings and emotions for their departing seniors. Many interesting activities had taken place to pep up the environment. Different titles were awarded to different students with surprise gifts. Puneet Aggarwal of class 12B and Geeta Bisht of class 12C were crowned with the most prestigious titles, Mr. GHPS and Ms. GHPS. Summing up, the day was great filled with nostalgia , fun and excitement.
