Description :The students of G. H. P. S Karol Bagh added another feather to their crown by winning 3rd position in the 14th Kirtan Competition of Delhi Schools and Colleges organised at Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha Gk part 2 which was dedicated to the sweet memory of Panth Rattan Giani Sant Singh Ji Maskeen. The competition sponsored by Dharam Singh Khurana Memorial Trust was held on 25th and 28th of October, 2018 in different stages. The team was first selected in qualifying round and then in the final round bagged 3rd position amongst 14 teams. The students won the hearts of the judges through their mesmerising performance. The students were judged by the following rubrics: (a) Clarity of swars (b) Accuracy of taal (c) Devotional touch in singing It was indeed a great honour for the students as well as for the Music teacher Dr. Anju Bhagat to receive school trophy, teacher trophy, music system for all the participants and the teacher and certificates of participation. The students were applauded for their melodious performance.
