Description :Nursery Graduation cum Juniors' Day Celebrated At GHPS KAROL Bagh With Great Fervor And Gaity Guru Harkrishan Public School Karol Bagh organized Nursery Graduation cum Juniors' Day function on 13th March, 2019. The prime purpose of celebrating the function was to offer the students and the parents a chance to celebrate the closing of their pre-school years and the beginning of new experiences to come. The occasion was graced with the presence of S. Paramjit Singh ji Rana, the Chairman of the school and the Manager S. Mohinder Singh ji Bhullar. The themes of the function was "Saving Environment" as well as "Oneness of all religions through universal brotherhood". The function started with the shabad rendition by the students of primary segment followed by the mesmerizing dance performance by the tiny tots on the welcome song. The Principal of the school extended her warm welcome to all the distinguished guests and the parents. She further applauded the parents' efforts, perseverance, motivation and support that contributed to the successful completion of their childrens' pre-school. In her welcome address, she presented the detailed report of the achievements of the school in scholastic and co-scholastic areas in which the students of the school won laurels for the school. She further announced the ranking of the school which was placed on 6th No. in The Central Challengers List published by The Times of India on 29th September 2018. The Chairman of the school, S. Paramjit Singh ji Rana congratulated the students and their parents and appreciated the efforts of the school staff in nurturing the overall personality of the students. He further urged everyone to imbibe the message of universal brotherhood enshrined in Guru Granth Sahib. He also advised the Parents to be the role models for their offsprings by teaching them the judicious use of mobile phone and social media. He further requested the Principal of the school to form a Committee by involving the parents so that their grievances could be sorted out. The Manager of the school S. Mohinder Singh ji Bhullar appreciated the hard work shown by the tiny tots and the teachers for presenting an outstanding show. He further urged everyone to be the part of the solution in eradicating the problem of pollution from the society. The show on environment made everyone contemplate on the repercussions of the imprudent deeds of human beings resulting in the contaminated environment. The students of Pre-nursery exhibited their talents by the rhymes and the other performances that sensitized everyone to take care of the environment. The students’ exemplary achievements in Scholastic and Co-scholastic areas were acknowledged in the Prize Distribution Ceremony. It left everyone enlightened as the show culminated. The programme ended with the vote of thanks offered by Mrs. Gobinder Kaur, the Head Mistress of the school. It was a great Learning experience for one and all.
